Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve targets and provide coaching on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing materials, training programs, and other resources for agents.
- Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiate deals to drive growth.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-3 years of experience in agency development or related field (insurance industry preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
