Job Description
*LIAISE WITH GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENTS FOR PERMISSIONS,APPROVALS,REGISTRATIONS,LICENCES,NOCS AND RENEWALS.
*PREPARE APPLICATIONS,LEGAL DRAFTS,NOTICES AND SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS.
*COORDINATE WITH ADVOCATES,ARCHITECTS,ENGINEERS,CONTRACTORS AND VENDORS.
*TRACK LEGAL CASES,HEARING DATES,TENANT MATTERS AND STATUTORY DEADLINES.
*VISIT GOVERNMENT OFFICES,COURTS,PROPERTIES AND PROJECT SITES AS REQUIRED.
*HANDLE DOCUMENTATION,TYPING,SCANNING,PHOTOCOPYING AND SYSTEMATIC RECORD KEEPING.
*MAINTAIN CLEAR TRACKERS AND PROVIDE REGULAR UPDATES ON PENDING AND COMPIETED MATTERS.
*LEARN EXISTING PROCEDURES AND GRADUALLY TAKE INDEPENDENT OWNERSHIP OF THE FUNCTION.
*2-6 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN LEGAL COORDINATION,REAL ESTATE,GOVERNMENT LIAISON OR COMPLIANCE.
