Job Description

Position A: State Project Manager (SPM)

·       Total Openings: 01 Post

·       Educational Criteria: MBA / B.Tech / MCA

·       Mandatory Experience: 5 to 10 Years in Solar EPC, Power Distribution, or Large Infrastructure Project Management.

·       Monthly Remuneration: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 (Base Minimum) + TA/DA + Performance Incentives.

·       Core Responsibilities: Direct state field operations, liaison with senior officials at MNRE, OREDA, TPCODL, and TPWODL, manage state central hub logistics, and track the state-wide MegaWatt (MW) execution matrix.
