Job Description

Seeking a proficient Production Manager to oversee our Rice Mill operations, ensuring efficient production of high-quality rice products while maintaining a safe work environment. Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, leading and mentoring production teams, optimizing processes for increased productivity and cost efficiency, monitoring product quality, managing inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. The ideal candidate must posses managerial experience in rice milling or food production, exhibits strong leadership and problem-solving skills, and demonstrates knowledge of production processes, quality control, and regulatory compliance. Adaptability in a fast-paced setting and a commitment to excellence are essential.
