Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote solar solutions.
  • Explain rooftop solar systems, benefits, pricing, savings, and available government subsidy schemes.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solar solutions.
  • Generate, qualify, and manage sales leads through telephone conversations.
  • Follow up with interested customers regularly and convert leads into confirmed orders.
  • Schedule site visits or appointments for qualified customers with the sales/site team.
  • Maintain accurate customer information, call records, and follow-up details in CRM/Excel.
  • Coordinate with the field sales, technical, and installation teams for smooth customer handling.
  • Achieve monthly calling, lead-generation, and sales targets.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and maintain a positive customer experience.
