🏢 Position: Accountant

📍 Location: Pahal,Bhubaneswar

💼 Experience: 2–5 Years

🎓 Qualification: B.Com / M.Com or equivalent

💰 Salary: As per industry standards

🔹 Key Responsibilities

- 📒 Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.

- 🧾 Prepare invoices, bills, receipts, and payment vouchers.

- 💻 Manage accounting software such as Tally/ERP.

- 🧮 Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.

- 🏦 Perform bank reconciliation and maintain bank records.

- 📊 Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

- 🧾 Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related activities.

- 💰 Track outstanding payments and follow up with customers/vendors.

- 🔍 Verify expenses, purchase invoices, and supporting documents.

- 📁 Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

- 🤝 Coordinate with auditors, vendors, customers, and internal teams.

- ⚡ Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting activities.

🎯 Required Skills

- 🧠 Strong knowledge of accounting principles.

- 💻 Proficiency in Tally / Tally Prime and MS Excel.

- 🧾 Basic knowledge of GST & TDS.

- 🔢 Strong numerical and analytical skills.

- 🗣️ Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- 🎯 Attention to detail and accuracy.

- ⏰ Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

✅ Commerce graduate

✅ 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience

✅ Knowledge of GST, TDS & taxation

✅ Experience with Tally/ERP
