Job Summary

B2Z Infra Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, process bills and vouchers, and support financial reporting and statutory compliance.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain daily accounting records, ledgers, journals, and vouchers.
2. Prepare and verify purchase bills, sales bills, invoices, and payment vouchers.
3. Handle cash transactions, bank transactions, and bank reconciliation.
4. Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
5. Verify supplier bills, contractor bills, and project-related expenses.
6. Maintain site-wise expenses and prepare expense statements.
7. Assist in GST returns, TDS calculations, and other statutory compliance.
8. Prepare monthly reports, expense statements, and outstanding payment reports.
9. Maintain records of employee advances, reimbursements, and salary-related transactions.
10. Coordinate with the HR, purchase, store, and project departments for accounting documentation.
11. Maintain proper filing of financial documents and support internal and statutory audits.
12. Perform other accounting duties assigned by management.

Educational Qualification

• B.Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
• Required SkillsWorking knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of accounting entries, bank reconciliation, and ledger management.
• Experience in construction company accounting will be preferred.
