Accountant/ Accounts Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations. The role involves handling bookkeeping, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting overall financial management of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
2. Handle accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations.
3. Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
4. Monitor cash flow and support budgeting and forecasting.
5. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, PF, etc.).
6. Liaise with auditors, banks, and vendors as needed.
7. Support management with financial analysis and reporting.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
2. 2–5 years of experience in accounting/finance role (freshers with strong knowledge may also apply).
3. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally PRIME, etc.).
4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
5. Knowledge of Indian accounting standards and tax compliance preferred.
