Accounts Executive

About the Role

We are looking for an Accounts Executive who can handle day-to-day accounting activities with accuracy and responsibility. This position is suitable for someone who has basic practical accounting knowledge and wants to build strong experience in a growing technology company.

Key Responsibilities

● Handle day-to-day accounting entries and financial records.

● Maintain sales and purchase records.

● Prepare and maintain invoices, receipts and payment records.

● Track customer payments and outstanding amounts.

● Assist with payment follow-ups whenever required.

● Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.

● Reconcile bank and other transaction records.

● Assist in GST-related documentation and other statutory work

. ● Coordinate with internal teams regarding invoices and payments

. ● Maintain organized accounting files and records.

● Support senior team members with monthly financial reporting.

● Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.

Requirements

● 6 months or more of relevant accounting experience.

● Basic knowledge of accounting principles.

● Working knowledge of Tally/ERP/accounting software.

● Basic knowledge of MS Excel.

● Good numerical and analytical ability.

● Attention to detail.
