Job Description
Identify and recruit potential insurance advisors/agents.
Generate candidates through references, networking, calls, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Explain the career opportunity, role, and responsibilities to prospective candidates.
Screen candidates and coordinate interviews and onboarding.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential advisors.
Develop and maintain professional relationships with recruited advisors.
Support new advisors during onboarding and initial development.
Conduct regular meetings, follow-ups, and training sessions.
Motivate and guide advisors to improve their performance.
Work towards monthly recruitment and business targets.
Maintain recruitment records and submit regular reports.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and documentation.
Identify opportunities to expand the agency network.
