Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Operations Manager to support daily business operations at Exospace LLP. The role involves overseeing facility management, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, resolving the client complaints and ensuring seamless operational efficiency across all centers.
Key Responsibilities
● Assist in managing day-to-day operations across centers
● Ensure smooth functioning of facilities, housekeeping, and maintenance
● Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams
● Monitor service quality and resolve operational issues promptly
● Support budgeting, cost control, and expense tracking
● Maintain operational reports and MIS data
● Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
● Support client onboarding and operational setup
● Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency
● Maintaining healthy relation with the client and troubleshooting
● Client onboarding, relation building & troubleshooting
Required Skills
● Strong leadership and team coordination skills
● Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
● Good knowledge of operations and facility management
● Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
● Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Qualifications
● Graduate in any discipline (MBA / Operations preferred)
● 5–7 years of experience in operations / facility management
● Experience in co-working / real estate / hospitality industry only preferred
● Should be travel friendly
