Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on, metrics-driven Assistant Operations Manager to oversee daily service fulfilment, partner network performance, and quality delivery across our on-demand home service verticals. In this role, you will balance supply and demand across key zones, onboard and manage field technicians, and swiftly resolve real-time customer escalations.
