Branch Relationship Officer

1. Lead Generation & Conversion Activities: Make outbound calls to potential B2B leads for prospecting, appointment setting, and business development.

• Handle inbound calls from interested prospects and convert them into opportunities.
• Schedule client visits and product demonstrations.
• Follow up consistently with prospects to drive lead-to-client conversion.
• Maintain and update structured lead pipeline in CRM/records.

2. B2B Sales & Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with B2B clients.

• Counsel and brief clients on products, services, and business benefits.
• Meet or exceed sales targets assigned by management.
• Resolve client queries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

3. Branch Operations & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and updated client data, call logs, visit/demo reports, and sales records.

• Track daily/weekly activities for transparent performance measurement.
• Ensure proper documentation and branch activity records are available for audits.
• 4. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly Branch Performance Reports (BPRs).
• Analyze sales activities, lead response rates, conversion ratios, and client acquisition.
• Provide analytical reports with insights and recommendations for management/MD.
• Highlight gaps, risks, and opportunities for branch growth.

5. Coordination & Briefing: Coordinate with technical/service teams for demo arrangements and after-sales support.

• Brief and guide branch staff regarding sales targets and client handling.
• Represent the branch in review meetings and report performance to seniors/MD.
