Job Description
Laptop is must required and sitting location will not be bhubaneswar. It will be Jajpur or Berhampur.
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Cluster Manager to manage multiple logistics hubs and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor daily operations across multiple hubs.
- Ensure timely shipment processing, dispatch, and delivery.
- Handle COD reconciliation, daily deposits, and pending amount follow-ups.
- Monitor hub performance, productivity, and operational targets.
- Manage manpower, attendance, shift planning, and team performance.
- Ensure strict adherence to company SOPs and operational timelines.
- Identify operational issues, prepare RCA, and take corrective action.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and senior management.
- Ensure proper planning and execution during peak business periods like BBD.
- Conduct regular hub visits and resolve operational issues.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in logistics, courier, or e-commerce operations.
- Experience managing multiple hubs and operational teams.
- Knowledge of COD management, reconciliation, and MS Excel.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel across assigned locations.
