Job Description

  1. Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
  2. Monitor civil work including excavation, PCC, RCC, brickwork, plastering, flooring, and finishing.
  3. Ensure work execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
  4. Manage and coordinate masons, labourers, contractors, and subcontractors.
  5. Monitor material consumption, quality, and site productivity.
  6. Maintain daily progress reports (DPR) with photographs and work updates.
  7. Check dimensions, levels, alignment, and measurements at site.
  8. Coordinate with the Project Engineer and Head Office.
  9. Ensure proper utilization of construction materials and minimize wastage.
  10. Follow safety standards and maintain site discipline.
  11. Report daily manpower attendance, material requirements, and work progress.
  12. Assist in site measurements, billing, and quantity verification.
