Customer Relations Officer

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (Sales) to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, generate sales opportunities, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, sales aptitude, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally.

• Key Responsibilities: Contact prospective and existing customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Handle customer complaints, concerns, and service requests efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/software systems.
• Coordinate with internal departments for order processing, installation, and after-sales support.
• Conduct regular customer follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with management for business improvement.
• Promote company products, offers, and new launches to customers.
