Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the company's LinkedIn page and other social media platforms.
• Develop and execute social media and LinkedIn marketing strategies.
• Create engaging posts, banners, carousels, reels and promotional content.
• Plan and manage social media calendars and regular publishing.
• Generate B2B leads through LinkedIn networking, research and outreach.
• Identify potential clients, business partners and industry professionals.
• Promote company services, events, webinars and training programmes.
• Monitor engagement, reach and campaign performance.
• Prepare monthly social media analytics and performance reports.
• Maintain consistent brand communication across all platforms.

Required Skills2–4 years of experience in social media and digital marketing.

• Hands-on experience in LinkedIn marketing and B2B lead generation.
• Excellent content writing and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Canva and social media management tools.
• Understanding of LinkedIn analytics and campaign management.
• Creative thinking and the ability to develop engaging content.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
