Driver Cum Office Boy

The Office Assistant / Office Boy cum Driver is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the office by performing various tasks that ensure the smooth functioning of the workplace, and must have 4-wheeler driving skills. This role involves maintaining cleanliness, running errands, and providing support to office staff.

Key Responsibilities

Office Maintenance:

● Maintain the cleanliness of office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, and common areas.

● Perform routine cleaning tasks like dusting, cleaning kitchen appliances, and other electronic appliances

Support Services:

● Serve beverages to staff and guests as needed.

● Assist in setting up meeting rooms, including arranging chairs, tables, and necessary equipment.

Errand Running:

● Perform errands outside the office, such as purchasing office supplies, collecting documents, and delivering packages.

● Handle banking tasks, including deposits and withdrawals, as required by the office.

Visitor Management:

● Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate personnel or department.

● Provide hospitality to guests by offering refreshments and ensuring their comfort during their visit.

Miscellaneous Tasks:

● Assist in organizing office events and functions.

● Handle ad-hoc requests from office staff, such as moving furniture, setting up equipment, and other tasks as assigned.

● Ensure all office equipment is in good working condition and report any maintenance needs.

● Must drive a 4-wheeler and travel anywhere for office work

Key Requirements /Skills/Experience

● High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

● Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.

● Basic understanding of office procedures and equipment.

● Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

● Good communication and interpersonal skills.

● Strong attention to detail and reliability.

● Four-wheeler Driving License required.
