Electrical Service Technician

The service technician is responsible for visiting customer locations to install, maintain, and repair company machines such as puff rice machines, noodle-making machines, and paper plate machines. The technician ensures proper functioning of equipment and provides technical support to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customer sites to install company machines (puff rice, noodle, paper plate machines, etc.).
• Diagnose and repair mechanical or electrical issues in machines.
• Perform regular maintenance and servicing to ensure smooth machine operation.
• Test machines after installation or repair to ensure proper working condition.
• Provide basic training to customers on how to operate and maintain the machines.
• Identify faulty parts and replace or repair components when necessary.
• Maintain service reports and documentation after each customer visit.
• Coordinate with the office or service team regarding customer complaints and spare parts requirements.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed during installation and repair work.
• Travel to different customer locations as required.
• Required Skills Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot machine problems.
• Basic understanding of tools and machine components.
• Good communication skills with customers.
• Ability to work independently in field locations.
