Job Title: Electrician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of electrical systems, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures.
• Perform electrical troubleshooting to diagnose issues and identify appropriate solutions.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes.
• Inspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers.
• Follow blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to complete installations.
• Test electrical systems using tools such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, and ammeters.
• Identify and resolve electrical problems promptly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Follow safety protocols and best practices to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Electrician or in a related role.
• Valid electrician license or certification.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
• Proficiency in using electrical testing equipment and hand tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Physical ability to perform manual work, including climbing, bending, and lifting.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an electrician apprenticeship program preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience.

Work Environment:

• This role may involve working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• The position may require working at heights or in confined spaces.
• Overtime, weekend, or emergency call-out work may be required.
