WE ARE HIRING | Executive / Sr.Executive– HOUSING LOANS & LAP
Neelachal Leasing & Finance, Bhubaneswar, is looking for an experienced, dynamic and result-oriented professional for our Housing Loan & Loan Against Property (LAP) business.
Position: Executive/Senior Executive – Housing Loans & LAP
Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Location: Bhubaneswar
Key Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Housing Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP)
• Prior experience with a Bank, NBFC or DSA is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of loan sourcing, customer acquisition, documentation, credit appraisal processes and disbursements
• Ability to build and manage relationships with customers, channel partners and financial institutions
• Strong business development and team management skills with a proven track record of achieving targets. Must own 2 Wheeler with valid driving license.
