Job Description
Job Profile
• Create graphics and visual assets for digital and print media.
• Design social media creatives, banners and campaign assets.
• Develop brochures, case studies, presentations and marketing collaterals.
• Create designs aligned with brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Translate creative briefs into clear and engaging visual concepts.
• Adapt designs for different platforms, formats and communication channels.
• Collaborate with marketing, content and business teams on creative requirements.
• Support website UI, prototype and visual design requirements.
• Explore new design trends, formats and creative approaches.
• Manage multiple design assignments and deliver within timelines.
Candidate Profile
• 1–5 years of experience in graphic design.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour and visual composition.
• Good creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to understand briefs and work independently.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating quality and versatility in design.
• Additional Advantage: Experience in Figma, XD, UI/UX, motion graphics, video editing, website prototyping or data visualisation.
Tools/Skills: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe XD, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft 365 (Word, Powerpoint, Excel Basic)
Qualification: Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia or a related field.
