The Security Agency Manager is responsible for managing and supervising the overall operations of the security agency. This role ensures the effective deployment of security personnel, maintains strict discipline, delivers high-quality services to clients, and ensures full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. An ex-army or veteran background is highly preferred to maintain the required operational discipline, leadership, and crisis-management standards.

The Manager is responsible for managing and supervising all housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, sanitation, safety, and overall maintenance of the premises. The role involves leading housekeeping staff, monitoring service quality, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards and procedures.

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Security & housekeeping or facility management services.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a managerial/supervisory position.
• Experience in managing large Security and housekeeping teams and multiple operational areas.
• Prior experience in hospitals, hotels, corporate offices, commercial buildings, institutions, or industrial facilities will be preferred.
• Hands-on experience in manpower planning, duty roster preparation, staff supervision, and performance monitoring.
• Experience in cleaning chemicals, housekeeping equipment, mechanized cleaning, and sanitation practices.
• Knowledge of inventory management, cost control, and housekeeping audits.
• Experience in client coordination, complaint handling, and service quality management.
• Knowledge of SOP implementation, safety standards, and hygiene compliance.
