HR Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a people-oriented and organized HR Executive who can support the day-to-day HR activities of the organization. The role will involve recruitment, employee coordination, documentation and maintaining a positive working environment.

Key Responsibilities

● Handle day-to-day HR activities.

● Coordinate recruitment and interview processes.

● Source candidates through job portals, references and other channels.

● Screen profiles and coordinate interviews with candidates.

● Maintain employee records and HR documentation

. ● Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.

● Coordinate attendance and leave records.

● Maintain regular communication with employees regarding HR-related matters.

● Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining HR data

. ● Support employee engagement activities.

● Coordinate with different departments regarding employee-related requirements.

● Help maintain a positive and professional workplace environment.

● Handle HR tasks responsibly and maintain confidentiality.

Requirements

● 6 months or more of HR/recruitment experience.

● Good communication and interpersonal skills.

● Basic knowledge of recruitment processes.
