Job Description

  •  Key Responsibilities
  • 👥 Manage complete HR operations and employee lifecycle.
  • 🔍 Handle recruitment, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • 📋 Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures.
  • 🤝 Manage employee relations, grievances, and workplace concerns.
  • 📊 Monitor employee performance and coordinate performance appraisals.
  • 🎯 Drive employee engagement, retention, and talent development initiatives.
  • 📚 Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs.
  • ⚖️ Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies.
  • 📈 Maintain HR reports, employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
  • 🤝 Work closely with management to support business and workforce goals.
  • 🌱 Promote a positive, productive, and professional workplace culture.
