Job Description
Profile: IT Sales Executive – Lead Conversion
Experience: 1–3 Years
Industry: IT / Software Services
Location: Bhubaneswar
Job Responsibilities:
- Follow up with qualified leads and convert them into paying clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT/software solutions.
- Handle calls, emails, LinkedIn communication, and sales meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Coordinate with the technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Maintain sales pipelines and update CRM regularly.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in IT sales, B2B sales, or lead conversion.
- Proven experience in converting leads into sales.
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of IT/software services and B2B sales processes.
- Experience with CRM and sales tools is preferred.
