💻 Install, configure, and maintain ERP and accounting software at client locations

📚 Train clients on software usage and help them understand key features
📋 Assist customers with software setup, updates, and system configuration
🤝 Coordinate with the internal technical team to resolve complex support issues
📞 Respond to customer queries and provide timely technical assistance
📝 Maintain service reports and document client visits and issue resolutions
🎯 Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and professional support

💰 Salary:
💵 Fixed Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹16,000 (As per Skill & Experience)
