Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Marketing Assistant with a BBA or MBA degree, preferably in Marketing or Business Administration, to promote and develop business opportunities in the construction and architecture field. The candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, contacting potential clients, promoting services such as building construction, architectural planning and design, estimation, building approval, and site execution, conducting client meetings and site visits, maintaining client relationships, following up with leads, preparing quotations and proposals, and supporting the company in acquiring new projects. The candidate should have good communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, basic knowledge of the construction/architecture industry, and the ability to use MS Office, email, WhatsApp, and social media for marketing activities. Freshers with good communication skills and a strong interest in construction-sector marketing are also encouraged to apply.
