Marketing Executive

We are looking for an active and result-oriented Marketing Executive to promote our marble products and develop new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit Architects, Builders, interior designers, Hotels, civil contractors, and construction sites to generate business leads.
• Promote Italian marble and stone products to residential and commercial customers.
• Develop relationships with Architects. Interior Designers, Real estate developers etc.
• Identify customers building new houses, apartments, hotels, offices, and commercial spaces.
• Generate leads through field visits, phone calls, and networking.
• Follow up with customers, negotiate deals, and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain customer databases and submit regular sales reports.

Target Customers:

• Architects and interior designers
• Builders and real estate developers.
• Civil contractors and engineers.
• Homeowners constructing or renovating houses.
• Hotels, offices, and commercial property developers.
• Marble Contractors and construction material suppliers.

Requirements:

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Interest in field marketing and sales.
• Ability to generate leads and convert them into sales.
• Experience in marble, tiles, granite, building materials, or construction sales will be an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication and marketing skills can also apply.

Salary: Negotiable, based on experience, plus incentives as per company policy.
