Position: Site MIS & Store Executive

Experience: Minimum 2 years

Education: Graduate

Candidate ProfileWe are seeking a competent and organised Site MIS & Store Executive to manage site inventory, maintain accurate records, and support day-to-day MIS reporting. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proficient in MS Office, and capable of handling professional email communication.

Key Responsibilities·      

.  Maintain site store records, stock registers, and inventory documentation.

·        Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

·        Monitor material receipts, issues, transfers, and stock levels.

·        Coordinate with site teams, vendors, and the accounts or purchase departments.

·        Ensure accurate data entry, proper filing, and timely email correspondence.

Required Qualifications & Skills·        

. Graduate in any discipline.

·        Minimum two years of relevant experience as a Site Store Executive, MIS Executive, or in a similar role.

·        Strong working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.

·        Good written and verbal communication skills.

·        Ability to maintain accurate records and work effectively in a site environment.
