Job Description
Diagnose and repair iPhone hardware and software-related issues.
Perform display, battery, charging port, speaker, microphone, camera and other component replacements.
Handle motherboard-level troubleshooting and repair, if experienced.
Perform IC-level / micro-soldering work when required.
Diagnose issues using appropriate testing equipment and repair tools.
Troubleshoot problems such as boot loop, no power, charging failure, network issues, overheating, Face ID/Touch ID-related issues, etc.
Carefully disassemble and reassemble iPhones without damaging internal components.
Conduct complete quality testing after every repair.
Maintain proper records of devices received, diagnosed, repaired and delivered.
Handle customer devices responsibly and maintain data/privacy confidentiality.
Keep the repair workstation clean, organized and technically safe.
Inform the senior technician/manager when a repair requires advanced intervention or has a high risk of damage.
