Phlebotomist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Phlebotomist to join our team. The role involves visiting patients at homes, clinics, hospitals, and corporate locations to collect blood samples and other specimens. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of patient care, sample handling, and meeting assigned monthly collection targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit patient locations to collect blood samples and other diagnostic specimens.
• Ensure proper labeling, handling, and transportation of samples to the laboratory.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and infection control protocols during sample collection.
• Verify patient details and test requisitions before sample collection.
• Maintain records of daily collections and submit reports to the reporting manager.
• Achieve assigned monthly sample collection or billing targets set by the company.
• Build and maintain good relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and patients.
• Coordinate with the laboratory team for timely processing of samples.
• Handle collection equipment, kits, and supplies responsibly.
• Field Work RequirementThis position involves 100% field work.
• The employee will travel across assigned areas for home sample collection and client visits.
• Candidate must be comfortable with daily travel and flexible working hours.
• QualificationsDMLT / MLT / B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent.
• Certification in Phlebotomy will be an advantage.
• Experience0–3 years of experience in blood sample collection or diagnostic field work preferred.
• Freshers with proper training may also apply.
