Job SummaryWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Co- Ordinator to support the planning, execution, and completion of projects at Exospace LLP. The candidate will coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within the budget and timeline with the required finishing.

Key Responsibilities

●    Assist in planning, scheduling, and execution of projects

●    Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams

●    Monitor project progress and prepare status reports

●    Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards

●    Support site supervision and resolve day-to-day operational issues

●    Track project expenses and assist in cost control

●    Maintain project documentation and reports

●    Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

●    Identify risks and escalate issues to senior management

Required Skills

●    Strong project coordination and multitasking skills

●    Good communication and stakeholder management abilities

●    Basic understanding of project management tools (MS Project / Excel)

●    Problem-solving and decision-making skills

●    Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Qualifications

●    Graduate in Engineering / Architecture & Interior / Civil / Management

●    7–10 years of experience in project management / site execution

●    Experience in real estate / Civil / Co-working / Architecture & Interior

Preferred Candidate Profile

●    Male candidate preferred (for site coordination & field work)

●    Local candidate from Bhubaneswar preferred

●    Willingness to travel between project sites

●    Immediate joiner or short notice period
