Real Estate Sales Executive

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to generate leads, assist customers in property selection, and close property sales.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through calls, references, and other sources

• Contact potential customers and understand their property requirements

• Explain property projects, features, pricing, and payment plans

• Arrange and conduct property site visits with customers

• Follow up with prospective buyers regularly

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Negotiate with customers and assist in closing deals

• Maintain customer and sales records

• Coordinate with the team for bookings and documentation

• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals

Requirements:

• Graduation is required

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

• Experience in real estate, sales, or telecalling is preferred

• Excellent communication and convincing skills

• Good knowledge of the local market is an advantage

• Strong negotiation and customer-handling skills

• Target-oriented and self-motivated

• Willingness to travel for property site visits

• Good Hindi and English communication skills

• Professional attitude and presentable personality
