💼 Role Overview We are looking for energetic, customer-focused and target-driven Relationship Manager to join our Sales & Business Development team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for handling outbound calls, customer engagement, membership sales, lead follow-ups, renewals and upgrades, while delivering an excellent customer experience.

• 🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls and conduct regular follow-ups on assigned leads.
• Build strong customer relationships by understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable matrimony packages.
• Promote and sell Bharat Matrimony Memberships over the phone and achieve assigned sales targets and revenue/value goals.
• Explain membership plans, product features, benefits and package usage clearly to customers.
• Identify customer needs and encourage package upgrades and membership renewals.
• Handle customer queries, issues and grievances professionally and provide the right customer experience.
• Capture valuable customer insights and feedback from interactions and share them with the internal team.
• Maintain required quality standards and strictly follow all process, compliance and operational guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

👤 Ideal Candidate Candidates with experience in Tele calling, Telesales, Outbound Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Service or BPO/BPM processes are preferred.

Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to build a career in sales may also be considered, based on role requirements.
