Sales Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated Female Sales Executive who is interested in building a career in software sales and business development.

The role involves connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining Retrod's products and converting qualified prospects into customers.

We are looking for someone who is confident, communicative and willing to learn—not just someone who has experience on paper. Key Responsibilities

● Make outbound calls to potential customers.

● Generate and follow up on sales leads.

● Understand customer requirements and identify suitable solutions.

● Explain Retrod's software products to potential customers.

● Schedule product demonstrations and meetings.

● Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects.

● Maintain and update the sales pipeline.

● Coordinate with senior sales team members when required.

● Build good relationships with prospective customers.

● Work towards achieving assigned monthly sales targets.

● Participate in field meetings and client visits when required.

● Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups and prospects. Requirements

● Minimum 1 year of sales/business development experience.

● Good communication skills.
