Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities:


 - Team handling and management.

 - Identifying eligible customers for personal loan offers from the existing customer database.

 - Contacting customers through phone calls, emails, and personal meetings.

 - Explaining personal loan products and benefits to prospective customers.

 - Assessing customer requirements and recommending suitable loan solutions.

 - Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

 - Guiding customers through the loan application process.

 - Collecting and verifying required documentation.

 - Strong communication skills (Regional language with basic English).
