Job Description
Crunchy Media is looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Manager to lead our B2B sales activities and build a strong sales pipeline.
We provide business communication solutions including Bulk SMS, WhatsApp Business API & Automations, RCS Messaging, SMPP SMS and messaging/API solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and convert B2B sales opportunities.
- Manage leads generated through digitally.
- Conduct client calls, meetings and product demonstrations.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Prepare quotations/proposals and negotiate with clients.
- Maintain sales pipeline and CRM records.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage and guide Sales Executives.
- Develop relationships with SME and enterprise clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead to conversion.
Preferred Experience:
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience.
- Experience in SaaS, IT, Telecom, Digital Marketing, API or Communication solutions preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Experience managing a sales team is preferred.
- Target-oriented and disciplined with CRM/sales reporting.
