Service Coordinator

Position: Service Coordinator

Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Experience: 1–3 Years preferred

Location: Shoolin Engineering Pvt. Ltd

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule service visits for customers.
• Receive and handle customer service requests through calls and WhatsApp.
• Coordinate with technicians and assign service/installation jobs.
• Maintain daily records of service calls, pending jobs, completed jobs, and follow-ups.
• Communicate with customers regarding service schedules, technician visits, and job status.
• Prepare and maintain service-related reports, documents, and records.
• Follow up with customers after service completion for feedback and pending issues.
• Coordinate spare parts/material requirements with the concerned team.
• Track technician field visits and service activities.
• Visit customer locations when required for field coordination, inspection, follow-up, installation, or service-related work.
• Support technicians during field assignments and ensure jobs are completed on time.
• Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for smooth customer service.
• Handle any other service-related work assigned by management.
• Required SkillsGood communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple service requests.
• Willingness to travel for field work/customer visits when required.
• Responsible, punctual, and organized.

Preferred CandidateCandidates with experience in service coordination, customer support, field service, technical coordination, or similar roles will be preferred.
