Showroom Office Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Attend customers and visitors professionally.
- Handle basic office and showroom activities.
- Maintain files, records, stock, and office supplies.
- Handle calls, WhatsApp, emails, printing, and scanning.
- Keep the showroom and office clean and organized.
- Support the team in daily operations and events.
Requirements:
- Graduate.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Honest, punctual, well-groomed, and responsible.
