Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month

Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Site Engineer (Civil) to manage and supervise day-to-day construction activities at our hotel project in Vizag. The candidate should have strong knowledge of civil construction, site execution, quality control, and coordination with contractors to ensure timely completion of work as per approved drawings and project specifications.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and monitor daily civil construction activities at the hotel project site.
2. Execute construction work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
3. Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and other site staff.
4. Check drawings, measurements, levels, and alignment before and during execution.
5. Ensure quality standards are maintained for concrete, masonry, plastering, flooring, tiling, waterproofing, and finishing works.
6. Monitor labour productivity, material consumption, and subcontractor performance.
7. Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
8. Ensure proper utilization of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
9. Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
10. Ensure compliance with site safety rules and construction procedures.
11. Monitor work progress against project timelines and report delays to the Project Manager.
12. Coordinate with MEP teams for proper integration of civil and finishing works.

• Eligibility CriteriaDiploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction.
• Experience in hotel, commercial building, or hospitality projects is preferred.
• Good knowledge of civil construction drawings, site execution, and finishing works.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage site activities independently.
