📍 Location: Baripada, Bhadrak, Balasore, Keonjhar & Bhubaneswar, Odisha

💼 Experience: 4–6 Years

🔹 ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Sales Executive to drive sales of Rooftop Solar projects. The role involves lead generation, customer meetings, site visits, solution presentations, negotiations and closing sales across residential, commercial and industrial projects.

🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate leads through field sales, referrals and channel partners

• Meet customers, understand energy requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions

• Conduct site visits and coordinate with technical teams for feasibility and system design

• Prepare and present proposals, quotations and ROI/payback analyses

• Negotiate pricing and close sales to achieve monthly and annual targets

• Build and maintain relationships with customers, channel partners and consultants

• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, installation and project execution

• Track market trends, competitor activities and government solar policies/subsidies

• Maintain accurate sales records and follow up with prospects

• Develop C&I rooftop solar sales opportunities

• Coordinate with banks, DISCOMs, government officials and regulatory authorities

• Guide and support junior sales team members

🔹 REQUIREMENTS

• 4–6 years of total sales experience

• 2–3 years of experience in rooftop solar or renewable energy preferred

• Candidates from Retail Distribution, Real Estate, Consumer Durable, Electrical/Electronics or FMCG may also be considered

• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

• Strong lead generation, follow-up and sales closing skills

• Willingness to travel for field sales and site visits

• Knowledge of local language

• Target-oriented, self-motivated and solution-oriented approach

• Leadership and mentoring capability
