Job Description
Prepare authentic South Indian dishes such as Idli, Dosa, Vada, Uttapam, Sambar, Chutneys, Pongal, and other regional specialties.
Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation of all food items.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen as per food safety standards.
Manage food preparation, ingredient storage, and inventory efficiently.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain a clean workstation.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and service.
Minimize food wastage and maintain portion control.
Follow recipes and maintain consistency in taste and quality.
Candidates with experience in restaurants, hotels, cafés, or cloud kitchens will be preferred.
Fresh ingredients handling and maintaining kitchen hygiene are mandatory.
