Telecaller

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate leads, and assist customers with product/service information.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers

• Handle incoming customer calls and queries

• Explain company products/services clearly to customers

• Generate and follow up on leads

• Maintain customer details and call records

• Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales

• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets

• Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic queries

• Prepare daily calling and follow-up reports

Requirements:

• Graduation is required

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Basic computer knowledge

• Comfortable speaking on the phone

• Good Hindi and English communication skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Target-oriented and self-motivated

• Candidates should be punctual and professional
