Role Overview

We are looking for a Telecaller to handle both outbound lead conversion and inbound student/parent support for the Bodhi Sarathi app.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to leads/prospective students and parents to explain app features, courses, and pricing
• Convert inquiries into enrollments/subscriptions and follow up on pending leads
• Handle inbound calls for student queries, technical issues, and general support
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM/Excel
• Coordinate with the sales and academic teams to resolve escalated queries
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets
• Build rapport with students and parents to ensure a positive experience

 Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Odia, Hindi, and English
• Prior telecalling/telesales experience preferred but not mandatory
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, CRM tools)
• Target-driven, patient, and customer-focused attitude
• Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream)
