Job Description
*Key Responsibilities*
* Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
* Explain company products and services clearly to customers.
* Generate and follow up on leads through calls and WhatsApp.
* Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product information.
* Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.
* Convert leads into sales and achieve assigned targets.
* Maintain daily call and follow-up records.
* Coordinate with the sales team regarding leads, orders and customer requirements.
* Handle customer queries professionally.
* Maintain good relationships with customers.
*Required Skills*
* Good communication and convincing skills.
* Basic knowledge of telesales/customer handling.
* Ability to make regular follow-up calls.
* Target-oriented and confident approach.
* Basic computer knowledge.
* Good Hindi/Odia communication; English communication is an advantage.
* Punctual, disciplined and responsible.
*Note:* This is a **full-time office-based
