Job Description
Responsible for identifying and handling government tenders related to Security Services, Manpower Outsourcing, Housekeeping and Facility Management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Searching and tracking tenders on GeM, CPPP, IREPS (Railways) and Odisha e-Procurement portals.
- Preparing and submitting technical and financial bids.
- Studying tender documents, eligibility criteria and terms & conditions.
- Preparing costing sheets, wage calculations and financial quotations.
- Managing EMD, BG, tender fees and statutory documents.
- Coordinating with departments and clients for tender clarifications, follow-ups and work orders.
- Maintaining tender records and ensuring timely submission.
Candidates must have practical experience in tender management, preferably in security services, manpower outsourcing or facility management.
