Summary:
As a Test Automation Engineer, a typical day involves applying structured quality processes and leveraging automation tools to enhance testing products and solutions. The role centers on managing the entire quality engineering lifecycle with a strong emphasis on automation, aiming to elevate control, precision, and data integrity throughout the testing phases. This position requires continuous monitoring and refinement of automated testing frameworks to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance within the development environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement effective testing strategies.
- Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks to support evolving project requirements.
- Document and communicate testing outcomes and automation results clearly to stakeholders.
- Assist junior team members in understanding automation tools and best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Experience in developing and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and quality assurance processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues within automated testing environments.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize automation workflows.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our BBDC1A - NON-STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
