Job Description – Premier Acquisition Manager (M2 Grade) – Branch Banking CASA Sales
Job Purpose
Responsible for acquiring high-value customers and driving CASA business through relationship-based sales, customer acquisition, portfolio deepening and cross-selling banking products.
Key Responsibilities
• Acquire new Premier and affluent customers for CASA business.
• Drive Current Account and Savings Account growth.
• Manage HNI and affluent customer relationships.
• Generate leads for wealth, insurance and investment products.
• Ensure KYC and onboarding compliance.
• Improve customer retention and portfolio value.
• Partner with branch teams to achieve business targets.
• Monitor market opportunities and competitor activities.
Eligibility & Experience
• Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
• 5-8 years of experience in Branch Banking, CASA Sales, Priority Banking or Wealth Acquisition.
• Strong track record in liability acquisition and relationship management.
Skills & Competencies
CASA Sales, Customer Acquisition, Relationship Management, Business Development, Cross-Selling, Negotiation, Market Intelligence and Customer Service Excellence.
KPIs
CASA Acquisition, New-to-Bank Customers, Average Balance Growth, Cross-Sell Revenue, Portfolio Growth, Customer Retention and Compliance Scores.
