Manoj is a potential candidate for this post with relevant experience in required field. He has a good domain knowledge and is very thorough in his work. He has worked in L&T Boiler execution and is aware of the erection methods and other minute details of boiler erection which is of a great benefit for us. He has ability to build great relationships with customer which helps in smooth execution of project. He is very sincere regarding safety of his team members including his workforce. Also, ensures to execute the job with first time right approach which helps to reduce cost of rework. he will be a very good asset for our organization eyeing the large quantum of boilers to be executed in coming future.
